Born in Brooklyn, Janice didn't have the best start in life with a father who was abusive and violent and a mother who regularly used drugs. But it seems like this was the excuse she needed to become a confident and ambitious young woman.

Her first step was to move ? albeit not very far ? to New York and try to start getting modelling work. Her potential was spotted and her career took off, seeing her become popular in Europe for her 'exotic looks'.

Move aside Spiderman, Iron Man, Superman, Batman... the 1980s were the time of the SUPER MODEL! Janice earned her stripes and started working, and partying, hard with the likes of Giorgio Armani and Calvin Klein, finding herself on the covers of some famous magazines like Vogue and, ahem, Playboy.

Not being shy of her achievements, Janice claims she came up with the term 'super model' although this is disputed by other, presumably super, models.

The best thing about people like Janice is that they're not shy to talk about their love life. And boy can she talk. Once claiming to have slept with over 1,000 men, Janice goes on to reel off some names. Including Warren Beatty, Jack Nicholson, Liam Neeson and Bruce Willis. It's like a bed of fame!

Janice's resurgence started when she appeared as a judge on America's Next Top Model, eventually branching out to her own show (which, from what we've seen, simply features loads of hot guys with their tops off) called The Janice Dickinson Modelling Agency.

She was welcomed into millions of British households when she appeared on I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here! She holds the title of celeb who has been nominated ? by the public ? to do the most 'bushtucker trials'. You cruel, cruel people! But her determination paid off when she came 2nd to eventual winner Christopher Biggins.

What a turnaround! Do you remember when nobody really liked Kelly Osbourne? She hit our screens on the MTV reality show The Osbournes and, although we sometimes laughed at her little rants, we thought she was annoying. But, over time, we think she's done a marvellous job of making us like her again. And that's the main thing, right?

Born to Sharon (likes little doggies) and Ozzy (likes walking around like a zombie) Osbourne, Kelly came into the world way back in 1984. She's the middle child, with sister Aimee being the older one and brother Jack being the younger one.

When you're young you don't particularly want to get a job. Which is fair enough. But when you're young and have a wee bit of money in the bank, you DEFINITELY don't want to get a job. So what's the obvious career choice if you're a young Kelly O? Release a record, of course!

Her cover of Papa Don't Preach was thrust upon the world at the MTV Movie Awards back in 2002 and we're certain Kelly herself if probably a bit embarrassed about the whole thing as much as we were at the time. But, her album followed and didn't perform spectacularly which in this day and age means one thing: Dropped.

Being a little fighter, Kelly recorded a duet with Ozzy which hit number 1.

As well as maturing well, Kelly has branched out to become one of the 'IT Crowd', regularly seen out and about with fellow celebs. She's also building on her initially shaky television presenting. She's been part of The Friday Night Project, Popworld, National Television Awards and Project Catwalk.

Kelly split from boyfriend Luke Worrell, after news broke that he was cheating on her.

All about Louise Redknapp

Louise has been around for ages, hasn't she? Although we don't really know what she does now, she'll always be in our thoughts. And we don't know why. We decided to have a little dig around and find out a bit more about this ex-girlband member.

If you were never a fan of the Spice Girls and Bewitched just made you want to chuck your guts up, there was always Eternal. The group was formed when Louise, who was out clubbing at the grand old age of 16, met a record producer who was looking to put together a new band.

After teaming up with sisters Esther and Vernie, Eternal was formed in 1993 and went onto moderate success. Sure they weren't as big as some other bands and most of their songs were a bit of a dud, but we loved them anyway. Their album Always & Forever sold over 1.5 million copies but cracks started to show and Louise decided to leave the band in 1995. They of course wanted to continue without her and burnt out quicker than a match in the arctic.

Being pretty and smiley may have been partly to blame for the decision to sign Louise as a solo artist. Now, it's fairly obvious to anyone that these things rarely work out but they pushed ahead anyway and Louise released her first single, Light of my Life, which reached number 8 in the charts. Another followed, In Walked Love, which didn't do very well either but then Naked came along and was a little bit more of a hit in the UK and Europe.

Louise featured regularly in FHM magazine's Sexiest Women poll and, although she carried on releasing music, things didn't really take off with the public and eventually fizzled out. Don't cry, she's recently stated that she'd like to start up her music career again so we'll see what happens...

Her TV career was successful, with stints on SMTV Live, a revamped version of The Clothes Show and ITV's This Morning.

Unlike a lot of celebrities, Louise seems very happily (and should we say, genuinely) married to retired footballer Jamie Redknapp.

Late 2009 it was announced that Louise was taking on the presenter role of the BBC's popular Sunday morning magazine show, Something For The Weekend. Now all they need to do it ditch that annoying chef and we might just start tuning in...
