Madonna Louise Ciccone or familiarly called Madonna, born in Bay City, Michigan, on August 16, 1958. Her mother, Madonna Louise Fortin, are citizens of French-Canadian descent and her father, Silvio Anthony Ciccone, is a citizen of Italian-American descent who worked as an engineer in the automotive company Chrysler Group LLC. Madonna has five siblings namely Martin, Anthony, Paula, Christopher and Melanie. Unfortunately, when she was five, mother Madonna who were aged 30 years died of breast cancer on December 1, 1963. Shortly after the departure of Louise, Silvio married the housekeeper, Joan Gustafson, and had two children Jennifer and Mario Ciccone.
